They appear on their own: an individual listens to a song during negative experiences. A reflex is established in him, then when listening to the same song, but with a different state, the person involuntarily has the same negative feelings that took root in his subconscious during that period of life.

Practical NLP techniques will help you choose the reflex a person needs, i.e. set an “anchor” with a positive message. It is created in order to record in a person’s memory the right moment of his life. The anchor is reinforced by an association with what a person wants to remember, thereby fixing it in the subconscious - a resource that fixes the reflex in the head. It could be a song, a smell, or images.

Reframing

The use of reframing in NLP will allow an individual to change the meaning of a phenomenon, change his opinion about it or his attitude towards it. The technique helps to think positively, even if the person is aware of the unpleasantness of the situation.

It works like this: a woman is uncomfortable with the situation when her favorite carpet is always soiled by her children’s dirty boots. She can't control her anger and constantly scolds them.

She is asked to imagine that at one moment she will remain alone, but the carpet will always be perfectly clean. She realizes that a dirty carpet is just a small thing and it will become easier to deal with the offense. The result of reframing will be a change in attitude towards a previously unpleasant situation.

NLP swing

Method of influencing a person NLP swing is a universal technique of influence. It helps to change the life position or role that an individual has chosen. The swing technique carries 2 ideas.

The first is an image, situation or habit that needs to be eliminated.

The second is the state that the individual wishes to acquire. The technique works like this: a person wants to get rid of the smoking habit. He will have to imagine the image or experiences that he associates with smoking. Then he imagines the feeling or image that he wants to get instead of the bad habit.

It happens this way: the person visualizes a huge screen on which a hand with a cigarette is reaching towards his mouth. Then a small picture is placed next to it where a happy person is standing without a cigarette. When both images are ready, they are abruptly swapped. The hand appears on a small screen and gradually fades. Such manipulations with consciousness are repeated several times.

Rapport

Rapport is the establishment of a connection, a trusting relationship between one individual and another through conversations, help and respect. The state of connection with another person is a friendly or romantic relationship, close communication. The rules of the NLP technique for establishing rapport indicate the need to copy the verbal and non-verbal behavior of the interlocutor. It can be:

  • poses;
  • voice;
  • words;
  • facial expressions

The use of rapport techniques is necessary in most cases to create contact with a person. It is also used during psychotherapy to establish rapport with the client, that is, in order to achieve trust on a subconscious level.

Calibration

Another method of influence is calibration, which is a kind of collection of information about an object. The way a person expresses agreement and disagreement is studied.

To do this, the individual is asked direct questions to which he can only answer “yes” or “no.” During the study, changes in the individual's voice, facial expressions and gestures are recorded.

Afterwards the intentions of the subject are determined. The results of observation will help determine how an individual relates to certain proposals.

This technique is in demand in marketing and will be useful in psychology during therapy. With the help of calibration, the desires and reactions of the individual are determined, after which an image is built that operates according to certain patterns of behavior.

  6. Areas of shared values: when talking with men, to build good and close relationships, a girl should support what the interlocutor is passionate about. It is important to show this in a believable way to ensure that the woman shares her views and beliefs.

Nothing affects a person like a word! It makes us rejoice and laugh, move mountains and create miracles.

But it can also plunge us into deep sadness, make us lose strength, and sometimes even ourselves...

We have at our disposal a magnificent tool created by nature - our consciousness, but we not only do not master this tool, but also manage to use it to the detriment of ourselves and others, often resembling the notorious madman with a straight razor.

And the first thing you need to do to protect yourself from this crazy person is to acknowledge his existence.

Combat NLP exists!

Combat NLP is available to everyone - and it is not used by gloomy sorcerers who boil vipers and frogs in cauldrons and use it to create malicious conspiracies, curses and love spells. Not at all!

Things are much worse. Combat NLP techniques are used by those from whom we least expect it - our friends, family, loved ones and just acquaintances. And the more vehemently they insist that NLP is actually pretty nasty, the more likely they are to use it! Without thinking about what consequences and conditions their words cause. And why know this? After all, it’s unpleasant to associate ordinary words that you said to a person with some problems in his life and health? “These are just words…” people say. What if these are exactly the words that plunged a person into the abyss of negative experiences?.. Those words that made him think about his own helplessness?.. And led him towards depression?

Have you ever thought about the usual New Year greetings for us? Year after year, without even knowing it, we hammer into each other’s heads that nothing depends on us: “May joy and success accompany you this year! May all your plans come true! May good luck accompany you!”

Please note: both joy and success will decide for themselves whether to accompany a person! Plans may or may not come true on their own, let alone luck - if it wants, of course! - will be somewhere nearby... And for some reason it is no longer surprising that most people do not believe in their own strength. How their life will change depends on them, they just have to want it. “No, change is impossible, no matter what I do, nothing can be changed.” Pessimism and depression begin to approach, also, by the way, on their own...

The basic states that a person falls into when exposed to any combat NLP techniques are helplessness, hopelessness and worthlessness. The path to these states is varied, but also has common features, and this is what allowed us to think about creating a model. After all, when developing humanistic NLP, its founding fathers Richard Bandler and John Grinder paid attention to only one side of communication - they modeled the behavior of the leading communicators of our time, who were unique psychotherapists, and did not explicitly describe the second side of communication - the client. We paid attention specifically to clients and asked ourselves: “What is required to turn ordinary people into visitors to psychotherapy rooms?”

And very soon they came to the conclusion that people must be very inventive and successful in maintaining their problems to such an extent that they needed the help of a doctor.

Continuing to study this side of communication, we have identified patterns of creating and maintaining various kinds of problematic, borderline and psychiatric states. And they were amazed: it turned out that combat NLP is used in relation to us much more often than one could imagine! And people close to us use it. Not out of malice - they have no idea about the long-term consequences of this type of communication.

So let's realize this! The point of this knowledge is not to learn how to cause harm, but to understand how it works. To properly defend yourself, you need to know where and how they can attack. This book is something like a martial arts manual.
