Glycine-Bio contains the active substance of the same name, which is a non-essential amino acid. It is also called aminoacetic acid.

Glycine is also effective as an adjuvant for epileptic seizures. Normalizes sleep. Indications for use

Mode of application

Orally sublingually, for psycho-emotional stress, decreased memory, attention, mental performance, children with mental retardation, adolescents with deviant forms of behavior - 0.1 g 2-3 times a day for 14-30 days. Daily dose - 0.3 g, course dose - 4.2-9.0 g. For functional and organic lesions of the nervous system, accompanied by increased excitability, emotional lability and sleep disturbances, children under 3 years of age are prescribed 0.05 g per dose 2 -3 times a day for 7-14 days and then 0.05 g 1 time a day for 7-10 days.
